shop til you drop.

papa and tootie came to see us this past weekend and we packed in the fun!

i have been really wanting to get over to ikea and buy buy baby, laci had told me about how great it was and we figured we needed to go check it out. . . . and guess what? 

it worked out perfectly for papa because he got to pop into two of his favorite golf stores that were so close to where us girls were shopping.

win. win.

 first stop: rudy's for some yummy barbeque.

we were all so sad andy didn't join us because we know how his hollow leg would have been so pleased with this meal.

it was delish.

he was busy being cupid on saturday so i understood.

 i was kinda shocked at how great june did in crazy ikea.

 my mom found this fun highchair to keep at their house. . . by the looks of this smile she obviously couldn't pass it up.

such a proud big girl.

 the rest of the weekend we just lounged, relaxed and soaked up our time together.

andy shocked my socks off with the most perfect surprise that i can't show you just yet but trust me it's real goooood.

my dad went with the brooks boys and tony to hit ground balls which he was so delighted to do.

he's spent the majority of his sundays for the past ten+ years doing just that so he was pumped to play with some new lovers of the game.

so come back soon papa and tootie, we miss you already.
